ACCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS In the unfortunate event of an accident in your organisation, Akeva will, in accordance with the severity of the accident, give immediate response to carry out an investigation to determine the causes. Following all accident investigations, a subsequent report will be produced giving recommendations to prevent recurrences. |

Akeva will advise of which accidents and incidents need to be reported in accordance with RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations). Where necessary we can support you through any ensuing investigations by the HSE.
